He has over 50 years of accrued experience within the Human Resource Management and Travel sectors. The company, under his leadership and guidance has successfully executed eminent ventures worldwide. His vision has enabled us to position ourselves as a leading international staffing company that helps in hiring foreigners.



Mr. Amirali Juma has over 45 years of profound knowledge within the manpower management arena. His strategic guidance has enabled Oman Agencies, a worldwide staffing agency, to provide sustained quality skilled international employees to leading corporations worldwide. He has also been instrumental in developing and streamlining human resource processes & policies.



Mr. Mehboob Juma has experience of over 40 years. He has been instrumental in building Oman Agencies’ business internationally. Over the years he has developed strategic alliances with a diverse client base worldwide including various international corporations and government agencies.



Mr. Aadil Muscatwala graduated from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University in Finance & Accounts. He worked as a Senior Analyst at Merill Lynch in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group, Sydney and the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York. He provides Oman Agencies, which is a leading global staffing agency, with the right panache in developing its diversified investment portfolio across upcoming industries in Australia and worldwide.

Akbar is responsible for leading all Oman Agencies operations in Australia. Prior to his role as head of Oman Agencies US, Akbar worked in various roles in sales, sales management and executive management. Akbar lives in Melbourne with his wife and 2 children and is an active supporter of several local charities throughout the Melbourne area. Prior to this, Akbar was a consultant to MD of Integral Energy Queensland, a management consultant at Origin Energy and an Analyst at Energex Australia. Akbar holds a MBA from James Cook University in Brisbane and Masters of Professional Accounting from James Cook University in Townsville. Akbar has worked and excelled in a vast majority of roles over the past years in Melbourne. Beginning as the Finance Manager at National Training Solutions, he progressed successfully up the corporate ladder to Operations Manager. In 2017, he founded a successful testing center, which is still in operation. His adaptability has allowed him to develop an extensive understanding of the education and training sector over these 8+ years. As a community leader, he also deals with many students who come from non-English speaking countries and understands the importance of English requirements for enrolment in academic courses. Akbar has proven leadership qualities and impressive interpersonal skills. His communication skills combined with his industry know-how and IT skills, developed from his previous work experience, makes him a strong leader

Mr. Joseph Micallef completed his masters in business administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. His experience with Attard Bros spanned over many areas which included General Management of the Construction Division, Quantity Surveying, Construction Claims, Business Development, Evaluation and selection of Production Plant, Management of Projects. He is currently working on advising Oman Agencies in providing staffing solutions in Malta

Mr. Sanjay Panchal is a commerce graduate from University of Mumbai and a qualified MFA (ICFAI) & CFA (ICFAI) (the special subject Financial Accounting and Auditing) Having more than 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Mr. Panchal is a Business Enthusiast with commercial decision making abilities, multi-functional experience in finance and investment banking with experience in Audit & Consulting, including Business & Product development, Assets & Fund Management, Investment Research, Structuring Transactions, Advisory, exploring and analyzing new emerging markets trends. Archana Bagkar
Assistant Manager (HR Operations)

Ms. Archana holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Travel & Tourism, from Mumbai, University, India and a PGD in Finance from Welingkar Management school, Mumbai India. She has over 20 years of experience in :

Client co-ordination – Make necessary planning and arrangements for interview campaigns, follow up with the Client of Oman Agencies, global international staffing company for making interview campaigns successful, and fulfill the Clients requirements.
Sourcing – Conduct the interviews of the candidates, check their skills, & CVs & documents to shortlist the suitable candidates for Client. Recruiting candidates – co-ordinate with client with regular follow- ups to complete the recruitment of suitable candidates.
Visa documentation – Give orientation to candidates for the visa documents to be sent to Client for visa processing. Immigration process -handles the complete online immigration process of Oman Agencies
Administration and operations – handle the other administration and operation related work of an overseas staffing agency
ISO Audits – Earlier liaise with internal and external auditors during office audits. Prepared and maintained the documentation required for audits.


Shraddha Mirajkar
Assistant Manager (HR Operations)

She has completed Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from University of Mumbai and MBA – HR from Sikkim Manipal University. She has total 10+ year of experience. She started her career from First Advantage – Multi-National Company handling US Clients along with Indian Clients. Slowly she moved into global staffing agencies to hire overseas employees. She has a passion for recruiting and loves being in industry for playing various roles like sourcing new talent for Client at the right time & as per their requirement and immigration process. She also plays a vital role in acquisition of new clients, building business with them, HR Operations, administration work & visa processing.
