- To help the Head Chef
- Coordination of kitchen operation and hygiene functions
- Maintain discipline and interdepartmental harmony by controlling the kitchen employees
- Controlling food costs and quality
Job Requirements :
- HACCP and cooking graduate courses
- A minimum of three years of experience as a chef in Continental cuisine is required
- Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft tools.
